    We understand that not all items may be a perfect match or exactly what you expected which is why we will gladly accept your order for an exchange within 5 Days from the day you receive it. It must be sent back with in those 5 days. (Example: If you receive your order on Monday you have till Friday to mail it back to us) Policy Strictly Enforced . You must notify LCB The Label of an exchange by email (include Order # and Item/s you wish to exchange) at or by text (626) 622-9880 letting us know that you would like to process an exchange. 

    NOTE: Once you have notified us of the exchange mail back your item/s with in the 5 days of receiving it. A response is not required on our end for the item/s to be mailed back.

    LCB The Label does not offer refunds.

    Returned Items must meet these requirements:

    • Notify us by email with in the 5 days of tracking receipt.
    • In original Packaging, unworn condition, free of make-up/Deodorant stains and free of odor.
    • 5% Re-Stocking Fee for merchandise that is not in its original packaging and or without tags.
    • Include a copy of your invoice.


    Non-Returnable items include: Sale Items, 25% and up discounts used, accessories, due to hygiene undergarments including swimwear and bodysuits are also final sale.


    Shipping:  Customer is responsible for shipping fees to send the exchange back to LCB The Label and for re-shipping once the exchange is processed.


    Return Processing Time: Exchanges are processed within 4-10 business days not including weekends/holidays.

    • You are only allowed to exchange once per order. So please make sure you ask questions if you are unsure of what size to purchase (All sales are final on exchanges).
    • Once your exchange is received and inspected, we will send you a text/email to notify you that we have received your exchange item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. You will then be given a Credit Code for the total amount minus shipping and/or discounts used towards your purchase. Once you receive your Credit Code you will have 5 days to use the Credit Code before it expires (if your credit code expires after the 5 days we will reset it at our earliest convenience). You are responsible for re-shipping cost at checkout. Credit Codes cannot be combined with any promotional discounts. (Credit Code cannot be used towards your re-Shipping fee).
